Return Requests

Please note: Our fulfillment centers operate internationally, and returns must be sent to the designated return facility provided by our support team.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • All original tags must remain attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Products must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item was defective

  • The wrong product was received

  • The order arrived damaged

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Approved refunds apply to the product price only. Original shipping fees, including expedited or international shipping, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take several additional business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our support team. Availability depends on current stock levels.

In some cases, we may offer an alternative solution to ensure a faster and more efficient resolution.

Bundle Purchases

Products purchased as part of a bundle or promotional set must be returned together. Individual items from a bundle cannot be refunded separately.

Final Sale Items

Items purchased at a significant discount, marked as Final Sale, or included in clearance promotions are not eligible for return or refund.

Self-Service Returns

If a self-service return option is available, you may initiate the process using your order number and postal code.

Once approved:

  • You will receive instructions for return shipping

Customs & International Returns
